We endeavor to keep all items shown on our website in stock at all times. In the event an item is out of stock, we will keep you informed as to delivery.
All ‘in stock’ items will be despatched ( where possible) within 3 working days of your order using Royal Mail standard 1st class postage.
If you are not fully satisfied with a product for any reason please inform us within 7 days from the date your order is received. Please return the item unused and in its original condition to:

We shall be happy to send a replacement or refund your money (excluding delivery costs).
Please note if the item(s) arrive back to us with signs of wear and tear from use and not in a saleable condition, we cannot offer a refund or replacement.

To Return a Product
To return goods, enclose a note giving the reason for the return, wrap the package securely and send the package to the address above. In the case of a defective product, please provide a full description of the fault and return the defective item in its original box (if any). Then send the package to the address above: This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
Please note we will contact you to let you know when we have processed your return.
If you return an item due to the wrong size being ordered and want another size sent, we reserve the right to charge for postage of the replacement.
